Our Sound offerings, practitioner training & other holistic services are designed to support you in creating balance of mind, body, and spirit. Upon entering The Sound Sanctuary you are greeted with a thoughtfully curated environment designed to support your overall healing through the use of Himalayan salt, rose quartz, and the gentle awakening of your five senses. We are passionate about sharing

the benefits of sound outside of our sacred space and in various community spaces. We welcome all opportunities to offer our service and have provided Sound Baths in Mental Health Offices for adults, and Libraries for children. Equipty with in-person training on Facilitating Sound Ceremonies

I realized I never introduced myself so I wanted to formally share who is I/Ash is, and why I believe so deeply in the power of sound.
Hi! I’m Ash, sound healer, artist, and mom.
The first time I experienced Tibetan singing bowls, it was a steady excitement that felt like home.

Not loud.
Not dramatic.
Just clear. Familiar. Grounded in a way I hadn’t felt before.

When I brought them into my classroom with students who have severe disabilities, I didn’t know exactly what would happen, but I felt something meaningful would.

And it did.

Transitions softened.
Engagement shifted.
Community grew.
The room felt different.

That moment changed me as an educator, and it became the foundation for The Sound Sanctuary.
