Tina and JJ’s love story came full circle on National Best Friends Day as they exchanged vows at a beautiful Airbnb in the Shenandoah Valley. After meeting in high school and reconnecting years later, they traveled all the way from Texas to say “I do” surrounded by their children and a small group of trusted vendors. It was relaxed, meaningful, and full of love in the best way. So glad I got to be part of their day and wishing them a lifetime of happiness together. 🤍

Today marks 19 years since I said yes to this calling. 19 years since I became an ordained interfaith minister and started this beautiful, inclusive journey as a wedding officiant.

And honestly, I had no idea just how much it would change my life. What started as something I felt deeply called to do has turned into a life full of love stories, happy tears, big laughs, and the absolute honor of standing beside couples on one of the most meaningful days of their lives.

Every couple, every story, every ceremony has been different and that’s always been the heart of it for me. Creating something that truly feels like you.

To everyone who has trusted me over the years… I’m so incredibly grateful. You’ve made this more meaningful than I ever could have imagined.

And I’m not done yet! 🤍💙🩷
