At Just For Pause Energy Wellness, we believe healing extends beyond ourselves.

When we reconnect with our hearts, we reconnect with each other, the animals, and the Earth we all share. 🌎💚

We are proud to support the growing New Earth Rising movement — a vision rooted in compassion, coexistence, collaboration and a more conscious world for all beings.

These beautiful sisters🤍✨

One of the greatest gifts of this work is the long-term relationships built over years of friendship, trust, and loving care. I’ve been caring for this family’s companion animals for over 20 years, and now I get to support these girls and their holistic wellness needs too.

That kind of continuity and connection means everything to me.

✨ Big news! ✨
Just for Pause Energy Wellness Studio is officially opening!

Until my new Google profile and social pages are live, I’ll be sharing updates and announcements here — on my Just 4 Paws pages.

This new chapter is the natural evolution of my work — still rooted in love for animals and our shared healing, and now expanded to include humans, energy wellness, sound healing, and soul alignment.

Grand Opening:
🕊️ November 3
📍 North Jersey
💫 By appointment

From Just 4 Paws to Just For Pause…
More than 20 years of love, healing, and transformation. 🪷✨

To all who’ve shared in this journey — my 2 sons, clients and friends, and of course, the beloved animals — this one’s for you.

And yes, many familiar 4-pawed friends 🐕🐈‍⬛ — and even a few 2-legged ones — faces appear.

Love & Light,
Erica
