Here are some facts to back up what we already know and feel to be real. Dance is fitness! Please join us for SHiNE Dance Fitness every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 pm, and Saturdays at 9:30 am, in Studio 1 at 518 Main Street, Lyndonville, VT. Drop ins are fine. All are welcome!

In these crazy times, there is something grounding about showing up to do good things. H.O.P.E. does it all the time with their community store, and supportive programs throughout the year. We are heartened to help your effort. Keep on keeping' on... 💕🙏

The holiday spirit was bright at H.O.P.E. last month!
A big shoutout goes to Creative Healing and Fitness, who encouraged their dance class clients to donate toys during the month of December to the local chapter of Toys for Tots. We'd like to thank everyone who donated to help make a brighter Christmas for kids within Kingdom East School District.
Donating locally keeps toys local and benefits our neighbors in need.
