When Congress enabled Medicare coverage for routine mammograms, screening rates soared ⬆️ and breast cancer deaths plummeted ⬇️. That early investment led to earlier detection, better outcomes and improved quality of life. This is a “mammogram moment” for Alzheimer’s.
