I discovered the beautiful voice of Jeremy Dutcher last week as the Mississauga Symphony accompanied him with the Mississauga Festival Choir. It was perfect music to enjoy by the lake.

Had a blast with my sister Debbie, going to a live taping of The Jann Arden Podcast with Sarah Burke and Caitlin Green. Special guests were Arlene Dickinson, July Black and Tiffany Pratt. And bonus... I was pulled up on stage at the end for a trivia game and won some cool swag.

My kids grew up listening to Fred Penner. It played in the car, we danced around the house to it and saw him in concert more than once. The most memorable time was at The Living Arts Centre in Mississauga 20 years ago when Noah was just 2 months old. Fred picked up Noah and sang a beautiful lullaby song then we met him after the show in the lobby. Fred Penner will be performing this Sunday afternoon at the Living Arts Centre only this time I get to play alongside him with the Mississauga Symphony. My kids are all grown up now but maybe you have kids or grandkids who would enjoy the show!
