As we prepare to celebrate America's 250th Anniversary, I hope we all take a moment to reflect on how truly blessed we are.

We live in a country where we have the freedom to speak, the opportunity to build, the right to disagree, and the responsibility to do so with integrity and respect.

Freedom is one of our nation's greatest gifts—but with that freedom comes the responsibility to seek truth, extend grace, and treat one another with dignity, even when we disagree.

This Independence Day, I encourage each of us to be grateful for the opportunities we've been given, the sacrifices made by those who came before us, and the communities we're privileged to be part of.

An Important Message to Our Community
For more than 14 years, VIP Fit Club has been built on a simple foundation:
Integrity. Accountability. Respect. Safety. Community.
As the owner of VIP Fit Club, and as a U.S. Army veteran, I have always believed that leadership requires listening first, investigating thoroughly, and allowing facts—not emotions—to guide decisions.
Recently, inaccurate information regarding a July 1st security incident has been shared publicly. Although my name and my business have been identified online, I was not present during the incident, as I currently reside in Florida.
Rather than respond emotionally or engage in public debate, I immediately initiated a comprehensive review of the incident, including surveillance footage, access control records, witness statements, and a formal incident report.
Based on that documented review, I remain confident that VIP Fit Club's established security and access policies were followed as designed to protect our members and our facility.
Because this matter involves individuals who are not members of our facility, including minors, and because the surveillance footage contains private conversations and inappropriate language, we will not release the video publicly.
VIP Fit Club is a private, members-only, access-controlled fitness facility.
Those policies exist for one reason:
To protect every member who places their trust in us.
We will continue to:
Protect our members.
Serve our community.
Lead with integrity.
Stand on truth.
Cooperate fully with the appropriate authorities and professional advisors.
We understand that social media often tells one side of a story. Our responsibility is not to win an argument online—our responsibility is to lead with professionalism, document the facts, and continue serving our members with excellence.

🇺🇸 Today is more than a long weekend, BBQs, or time off.

Memorial Day is about remembering the men and women who never made it home. Brothers and sisters I had the honor of serving beside. Some of the finest people I’ve ever known. Courageous. Selfless. Loyal. Their sacrifice came at a cost most people will never fully understand.

As a veteran, I carry deep gratitude in my heart today—but also grief for those we lost along the way. Some died on the battlefield. Others came home fighting battles nobody could see.

To every Gold Star family, veteran, and anyone carrying the weight of loss and bereavement… you are not alone.

Life will test all of us. There are seasons where you feel exhausted, broken, angry, or numb. But hear me clearly:

If you’re tired… keep running your race.
If you’ve been sitting on the sidelines… get back in the game.
And if you don’t know Jesus… let Him heal you.

Healing doesn’t always happen overnight, but purpose, peace, and restoration are real. Keep moving forward. Keep fighting for your life, your family, your purpose, and your future.

Today we remember. Today we honor. Today we give thanks.
