UPDATE: on Monday August 4 i received a call from the Franlinville Court Clerk. Siwek’s home and business (1944 Lyndon Road) is wctually in the town of lyndon with a franklinville mailing address (although because he has no mailbox he csnnot actually receive physical mail at that address, rather he gets a note in his franklinville P.O. Box if he has a certified letter) that said, the issue is that the court case needs to be moved to Lyndon NY and likely a new court sate set.

Please tell everyone you know to avoid Scott Siwek and Siwek Landscaping. There are now three smsll claims court cases against him including mine (filed in franklinville that need to be moved to lyndon). I am amassing information on the folks who are dissatisfied with his service. There are many.

A warning: I made a huge mistake and want to share. I hired Scott Siwek (Siwek Landscaping) in late 2024 and paid him in advance via venmo for services (with a signed service agreement) for lawn care from 4/15-10/31. He served my property only 3 times (late Aptil to late may) and then ghosted me. In early July, he promised to deliver a certified check for the difference between my paymeny and his “service” but he hasn’t fulfilled that commitment and has not responed to my repeated messages and calls. I have a small claims court date (in Franklinville) on 8/18. The challenge is that the court requires a mailing address that is not a P.O. Box for the defendant to ensure that the defendant has been served. Siwek only has a PO box mailing address. He knows all the angles. The state troopers were helpful but i am unsure if i can get a crimnal conviction which might finally stop his repeated fraudulent behaviors.

There are many people who have suffered from his fraud. He preys on older women (that’s me) and on people who are not full time residents (that’s me).
