It's that time of year again!

We should have pecan halves and pieces available by the end of next week.

Currently, I am only cracking and shelling on Saturday's, or evenings.

If you have any you would like to have cracked and shelled, just drop them off at the shop with your name and number.

Easter for us means a slow morning, church, and chores as usual—calves to check, lambs to feed, cows to move.

We meant to time this post with the spring equinox… but life had other plans! 😂😂

It’s been quiet on social media for a while—partly because things at Shaded Grove have changed a bit (read the comments for the full story). Posting fell to the bottom of the list, but we’re back and ready to bring you along again!!!

Right now we’re in the thick of calving, lambing, moving cattle, and the usual day-to-day animal chores. The pastures are greening up, babies are being born, and there’s a lot to share.

It'd mean a lot if you could leave a comment letting us know what you want to see this season (recipes? farm animal pics? tips on homesteading?) on social media. I'm still sort of getting back into it, so I want to know what's valuable to you.
