🚑🚨 Happy EMS Week 🚁🚒

In light of the celebration of EMS week, we are also celebrating the accomplishments of our newest paramedic, Brittany!

Brittany just completed her long and prestigious orientation here at IN 7! 🎉🎉

Brittany comes to Indiana 7 with a strong background in EMS. Brittany graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in EMS, and has worked in emergency medical services for the past 10 years, serving as a paramedic for 8 of them. In November, she completed her Critical Care Course. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time at the lake, reading, and being with her dog.

What a way to start off EMS week!! If you see Brittany out, you may have already, give her a warm welcome to Indiana 7!

This weekend we were invited to fly into the Friendship Vol. Fire Department Annual Jeep and ATV ride! There were over 200 units registered just in the morning time! This is our 3rd year flying in for this event, and every year keeps getting better!

We fly in for community events too! We love to go out to the community and meet people of our surrounding area! It gives people the chance to see the helicopter up close, especially the children!

Thank you to the Ivy Tech nursing class 2026, for welcoming us in a few days ago! 🚁

It was an honor to spend time with such a dedicated and driven group of future nurses. Being part of your journey, especially at such an exciting point as you prepare to step into your careers. It means a lot to us to be invited to speak to a group of fellow clinicians.

We hope sharing our real world insight and experiences brought value and inspiration as you get ready for the next chapter. The sky is the limit with nursing careers. The future of nursing is in great hands, and we’re excited to see the impact you’ll make! 🏥🎓
