“What is real?” “Is anything real? What ‘matters’?” “Does anything really matter?”

“Who am I?”

“I feel like I’m becoming nothing.”

These are some questions and reflections I’ve been hearing a lot over he past year or so, and it’s amping up lately.

While I know it can feel scary and destabilizing, please know you are not alone, and for what it’s worth, I do believe whatever is shifting is a good thing.

We’re in this together soul fam❤️

In Nature, the edges of death and new life dance together in such a visually obvious and stunning way this time of year.

That energy must be encoded in our bones, as this is also the time of year that people start reaching out that are having big spiritual “breaking open” type of experiences….

Some are joyful and others are quite challenging. Wherever they fall on the spectrum, there is a pattern of intensity that seems to be a hallmark of Spring.

I wonder if anyone else in the healing world has noticed this pattern?

I can’t help but think that all of this must also align with why May is mental health awareness month.

Either way, today, Nature reminds me: this is a powerful time of intense transition and energy for many. Be extra loving, kind, patient, and take very good care of yourself and encourage others to do the same❤️🤗

We live in a realm of infinite possibilities.

Limitless choices, options, and ways of living are constantly flowing through our field.

The trick is to open our heart, mind, body and soul so that we can recognize and choose from the ever flowing possibilities.

Our lives are simply not as fixed as they seem.
