I realized I hadn't shared any information from us in a while.
Our limestop treatment is ongoing. I'm in the next phase, which is 6 to 9 months of recovery.
Unfortunately, we both contracted COVID over Christmas, and this really set us both back. My cranial inflammation and headaches returned.
We treated for COVID at Limestop, and I'm currently working with brain inflammation as my headaches are gently subsiding.
I've done some research connected to brain inflammation and have engaged in Near infrared Therapy, Nitric oxide Supplementation ( associated with vascular health)
Unfortunately, my dear Ellie has had a real struggle in the first phase of limestop, and has been housebound, bed-bound, and resting a lot as she recovers. We will be doing some online connecting with our Global spiritual family this Easter season, boosting our spirits and continuing healing.
