😂 Apparently I have an official mascot now… and of course it had to be Alfred.

Just two guys out here trying to keep people moving, feeling better, and recovering happier. 💪🐾

Alfred handles morale. I handle the muscles.
He accepts payment exclusively in treats. 😂

I just want to take a moment to say thank you to every single one of my clients.

Thank you for trusting me in your homes, trusting my hands, and trusting my guidance to help you get real results. That kind of trust means everything to me and is something I never take for granted.

Because of you, I get to do what I love every day—and I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity. I truly wouldn’t be here without you.

Much love and appreciation to all of you. 🙏💙

I met some amazing people today from a local church called Providence Fellowship. They were out in the community giving away free hot dogs and chips to anyone who wanted them—just to show love and kindness. Even though I already have a church I attend, I told them I’d be more than happy to spread the word because they were so genuine and welcoming.

If you’re looking for a church where people truly care and are excited to share the love of Jesus, check out Providence Fellowship!
