Hi Beautiful Souls! 🪻

In February 2027, I will be facilitating an intimate self-love retreat at Yandara in Baja, Mexico, an all-inclusive immersion in self-love, holistic healing, and heart-centered community.

Yandara is a place I hold very dear to my heart. I spent a week there in 2023, and the experience truly changed my life. There is something deeply sacred about the land, the ocean, the stillness, and the energy held there. Ever since leaving, I have dreamed of returning to share the Yandara experience with others in a meaningful way.

This retreat, SoulHearted, is intentionally kept intimate with just 13 spots available, so our time together feels deeply connected, supported, and transformative.

Together, we will spend our days immersed in practices designed to realign your heart, awaken your energy, and help you rise in love through yoga, reiki, reflection, healing experiences, nourishing meals, beach sunsets, and genuine connection with an incredible group of humans.
