This class offers a gentle, grounding experience that blends restorative yoga, intentional breathwork, guided meditation, and energetic clearing to support deep rest and inner balance. This is not a fast-paced or physically demanding class. Instead, you’ll be guided through fully supported and cozy restorative poses using props, allowing the body to release tension while the nervous system settles into a state of calm.

Float in the natural pool or relax poolside as Jessie offers healing vibrations through sound bowls and drums, surrounded by the sounds of nature.

It's such an honor to be part of CASA of Jefferson County's Wellbeing Initiative, creating space for connection, self-care, and relaxation to help ease the stress and emotional weight of the meaningful work they do every day. 💙❤️🫶

Last evening we held our third Holistic Wellness Class with Jessie Lackner (MAD REIKI ) and Stephanie Beard at Studio Be. Team members and Friends of CASA experienced an amazing Sound Bath and Reiki session that helped us relax and learn to how to harness our energy to help in self-healing and stress relief. Self-care is such an important part of the work that we do and allows our team to release the stress that comes with the topics that we face every day in advocating for children in abuse and neglect cases. By taking time to relax, refocus and clear our own negative energy, we are putting our health first to ensure that we are the best advocates and support for the children we serve.

We are so very grateful to Indiana Youth Institute for the Youth Worker Wellbeing grant that makes these classes possible, and to Jessie and Stephanie for providing a wonderful space and session! We can't wait for the next Holistic Wellness class session in September!
