As always, if you are receiving a prescription medication from our NP, we must see you every 90 days for a follow-up. Please get scheduled for your follow-up at least 2 weeks before you are out of medication to give the pharmacy time to fill and ship your medication.

If you are a new patient or you are scheduling for a or new services, you will be required to see an NP for medical clearance before you can receive ANY active procedure. Medical clearance is for your health and safety and is provided at no cost. It only takes 15-20 minutes and can be done virtually for your convivence.
