One reason I love yoga is how it builds length & strength in both the physical and the mental body all at the same time. It's a powerful practice that has carried me through a lot of life and has taught me to . This pose is Bekasana or Crane Pose. Maybe one day I'll fly!! Cheers to You, My Friends!!

Yep! Kevin & I are still using our indoor trainers. We jumped on our bikes for a cruise along a beautiful rails to trails ride in Massachusetts this morning!

Happy Tuesday!! Bolsters are a useful prop, but expensive. Laying on a bolster offers space to the low back & hips, which is where many of us struggle with back issues. You can make a bolster by using 2-3 cotton blankets, bath or beach towels. It's easy, but you have to slow down your mind so you can learn. I Believe In You!!
