Projectors aren’t built for relentless output. We don’t have consistent access to sacral life-force energy the way Generators do — we’re not designed to work, work, work and recover overnight.
We’re designed to see. To read a room, a pattern, a person, a business, faster and more clearly than the people inside it can. ✨
That’s the gift. Insight, not stamina. 🎁 👁️
But being a business owner doesn’t always reward insight. It rewards grind. So for a decade, I built like I had unlimited energy to burn. I said yes before I was invited. I pushed through burnout and called it discipline — because if I wasn’t exhausted, was I even trying? 🧐
Here’s what I didn’t understand yet:
A Projector’s success isn’t measured in hours logged. It’s measured in recognition — being seen for what we bring, and invited into the rooms where it matters. 💫
Force your way without the invitation, and even good work lands wrong. You give and give, and it doesn’t land the way it should. That’s not bad luck or lack of effort. That’s just the wrong strategy for projector energy. 💭
I’m not undoing those ten + years. They built my business. 🙏🏻 But I’m done confusing exhaustion for proof of work and wasting time on things that don’t deserve my attention OR forcing my way into an outcome. 🪬
These days I wait for the invitation. I trust the pull-back before the push-forward. I rest without guilt, because rest is how I do my actual job — seeing clearly and GUIDING. 🧿 ✨
