The basics I’d actually invest in:

1️⃣ Foam roller
2️⃣ A good floor mat
3️⃣ Resistance bands
4️⃣ Good music 🎶
5️⃣ A PLAN 📝

Because you can own every piece of fitness equipment under the sun, but without a plan… you’re just collecting very expensive clutter. 🤷

Start simple. Invest in what you’ll actually use. And most importantly, have a plan that makes sense for you.
