Happy & joyful.

It can be challenging to embrace happiness and joy when life feels deeply challenging. Especially if you care deeply about what is happening to other people around the planet.

BUT, happiness, joy, awe, love, these are not finite resources.

We don't take away from others to embrace feeling them, to embrace reaching for them. We aren't taking access to these feelings from others to have them ourselves (unless your happiness comes from others suffering, but if you are here, if you follow me, chances are high you aren't one of those folks).

Holding our own happiness while holding the paradox of state of the world is a skill and practice itself. Raising our acceptance of happiness, without pretense or bullsh*ttery, naturally leads to wanting other to experience the same. That can be a place where magic happens, internally and externally.

Savor the happy when you tap in to it. ❤
