Location: Neighborhood CPAP, Madison
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to join our fast-paced DME office. This is a full time role. While DME experience is preferred, this position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in medical equipment and grow within the field.
As the first point of contact for our patients beginning their CPAP and sleep therapy journey, we are looking for someone who is patient, kind, professional, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
•Greet and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner
•Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient/referral questions
•Execute top notch patient care
•Verify and understand insurance benefits
•Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
•Work closely with team members in a fast-paced office environment
•Support patients as they begin sleep therapy treatment
•Typical office duties (tidying office, inventory, etc)
Qualifications:
•Previous healthcare experience is REQUIRED
•Insurance knowledge is REQUIRED
•Strong communication and customer service skills
•Comfortable interacting with patients both in person and over the phone
•Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office setting
•MUST be a team player with a positive attitude (nonnegotiable)
•Personal and professional references are required
•Brightree experience is a huge plus
Compensation:
•Pay is based on experience
•Paid monthly
