MHA opposes Eli Lilly’s decision to deny 340B drug discounts to hospitals not meeting its new claims data demands. This move undermines the 340B program’s critical role in helping safety-net hospitals provide affordable care to low-income and rural Mississippi patients.
We urge Lilly to reconsider and call on federal officials to protect the program.
