Pleaseeeee don’t make us be the bad guy when you literally agreed to the policy when you booked. 😭😂

Our cancellation policy isn’t hidden in a secret vault. You don’t need a magnifying glass. There’s no fine-print scavenger hunt.

It’s right there when you book your appointment. And by booking, you agree to it. 👀

Here’s the deal:

We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you:

👻 No-show your appointment (even “just a follow up”)
📅 Cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice
🏃‍♀️ Arrive more than 15 minutes late and we can no longer accommodate your appointment

You may be charged up to the FULL amount of your scheduled appointment.

And before anyone comes for us… 😂 WE DO NOT WANT YOUR CANCELLATION FEE.

We want YOU. In the chair. At the appointment time we reserved specifically for you. 💅🏼

But when you cancel at the last minute, that can be an hour… two hours… sometimes MORE that our provider blocked out specifically for your service and can’t magically refill.

So set an alarm. Put it in your calendar. Tell your husband. Tell your mom. Tell the group chat. Write it on your bathroom mirror. 😂

Just don’t tell us “nobody told me there was a policy.”
