I am a Certified Holistic Practitioner specializing in Sound Healing, Vibrational Therapy, and Reiki. I utilize a variety of modalities to assist in healing your mind, body and spirit. Keeping your body’s energy in alignment is imperative to our health. When our energy centers , known as Chakras, are out of alignment it causes disturbances in the body such as high stress levels, sleep disturbances

,as well as physical discomforts, aches and pains , mental and emotional disharmonies, such as depression, anxiety and panic disorder, etc. I also provide holistic services to help assist management with PTSD, and overwhelming negative life experiences. My goal as your Holistic Practitioner is to help realign your body’s frequencies back to their intended state to restore any disruption that has occurred due to our life circumstances. Just a gentle reminder: Not all practitioners are the same. If you’re attending sound baths or sound therapy sessions, please make sure the facilitator is a certified and qualified practitioner.

🎶 Anyone can purchase sound bowls and instruments — but that doesn’t mean they are trained in how to use them safely and effectively. Proper sound healing involves deep knowledge of vibrational therapy, anatomy, energetics, and the subtle effects sound can have on the mind and body.

✨ Sound healing is a sacred practice, and when done with intention and training, it can be incredibly powerful. For your safety and to honor the integrity of the work, please do your research before attending any events — even the free ones.

When in doubt, ask:
• Are they certified in sound healing or vibrational therapy?
• What kind of training or education have they received?
• Do they follow ethical and safe practices?
