As a small business, there are decisions we sometimes have to make that aren't easy, and this is one of them.
Since the day we opened our doors, we've been proud to offer discounts to many members of our community as a small way of showing our appreciation. Unfortunately, the cost of the products we carry continues to increase, while we have worked hard to avoid raising our prices whenever possible.
After a lot of consideration, effective October 1, we have decided to discontinue our current discount programs. At this point, continuing the discounts would mean having to increase our regular retail prices, and we feel this is the best way to keep our pricing as fair and consistent as possible for everyone.
But we also have some exciting news! ❤️
As we transition away from our current discount programs, we will be introducing a new Legacy Nutrition Loyalty Rewards Program that will give our customers the opportunity to earn rewards when they shop with us. We're still finalizing the details and will be sharing much more about how the program works very soon!
We also want to emphasize that ending our current discounts does not necessarily mean they are gone forever. We hope circumstances allow us to revisit them in the future.
We know every dollar matters right now, which is exactly why we're doing everything we can to balance rising costs without simply passing them along through higher prices.
Most importantly, thank you for continuing to shop local and support Legacy Nutrition. Your loyalty and support mean more to our family and our team than you probably realize, and we're excited to find a new way to reward you for choosing to shop with us. ❤️
