Going forward, he plans to continue his exercise routine at the gym.
One of his biggest victories? Successfully helping manage his diabetes and even getting off medication. What an incredible accomplishment!
🎓David Watkins
David appreciated “the friendly staff that is so willing to help and greet you with a smiling face no matter what’s going on.”
He plans to stay active at church and keep moving as much as possible.
He reports better stamina and feeling better all the way around — and it shows!
🎓Willie Smith
Willie said he enjoyed our patient, kind, and helpful staff the most.
He plans to continue exercising, improve his eating habits, and drink more water.
One powerful benefit he gained? Discipline — learning to keep going even when he feels like stopping. That’s true strength.
🎓Marilyn Griffin
Marilyn loved the camaraderie and encouragement from both staff and fellow participants.
She plans to continue going to the gym, use her treadmill at home, and focus on healthier eating.
She’s noticed stronger legs and can now walk longer distances — even grocery shopping — without feeling winded!
🎓Erin Schibler
Erin shared how much she loved the activity and the attention and respect she received from our staff. She expressed how different this experience has been compared to others — and that she’ll never forget it.
She’s signed her husband up for the gym so they can continue exercising together.
Her biggest wins? Feeling so much better and getting out of the house to socialize more!
