❤️ Joe Risley — Joe especially enjoyed the fellowship with fellow patients and our staff. He shared that he is feeling better overall and has gained confidence in his abilities. He plans to continue his fitness journey at the gym.
❤️ Evelyn “Kay” Waller — Kay enjoyed visiting and seeing the staff each week. She experienced weight loss, improved stamina, and a decrease in her blood pressure medication. Most importantly, the lifestyle changes she made through the ICR program have given her confidence for the future. Kay said it best: “I’m not done yet. I have a lot more life to live.” ❤️
