A sacred sanctuary for those who spend their lives holding space for others. Welcome to The Nectar Exchange. ✨

In a world that often feels heavy and overwhelming, practitioners spend so much time giving, channeling, and tending to the energy of others. Yet there are so few places where energy workers can simply show up to rest and receive.

The Nectar Exchange is our monthly in-person gathering created exclusively for hands-on energy healers, including Reiki practitioners, Polarity therapists, IET practitioners, craniosacral workers, and intuitive bodyworkers. This is not a workshop, a class, or a public teaching.

It is a true healer-to-healer circle where we trade group healing sessions in a spirit of reverence and reciprocity. We do not gather to fix or perform. We gather to remember that our hands need healing too.

Starting off the first of the month with intentional practice is such a grounded way to set the tone for the weeks ahead. Whether you are shaking off the business of the past month, carrying tension from the weekend, or simply wanting to enter September feeling centered and clear, tonight offers a quiet space to reset your system and cultivate gentle momentum.

Chris will guide us through a complete sequence of 18 flowing movements carefully designed to calm a busy mind, support your energetic system, and bring your body back into balance.

Our time together is a fully supported experience created to deepen your personal practice. Doors open early at 6:00 PM, giving you extra time to settle into the studio before we begin, ask questions during our Q&A, and receive take-home worksheets along with detailed instruction.

We are excited to announce Polarity Therapy Training is starting back this October! 🌿✨

Polarity Therapy is a profound energetic healing modality centered on a timeless truth: when our universal life energy is balanced, we experience natural health in the body, mental clarity, and deep emotional peace.

Over the course of 6 months, Grace Harrington Murdoch will guide you through the art and science of Polarity. Having practiced this modality for 16 years, Grace brings a wealth of hands on experience, helping students learn to balance the body’s elemental energies (Ether, Air, Fire, Water, Earth) through bodywork, Polarity yoga, food awareness, and supportive verbal counseling.

What Students Will Receive During Training:

🌿 Comprehensive Curriculum: 120 hours of theory, bodywork, yoga, and foods, 30 hours of practice sessions, and 5 hours of receiving sessions.

🌿 Hands-On Clinic: Monthly clinic evenings to build real world experience and earn clinical hours in a supportive environment.

🌿 Guest Teachers: Special guest sessions featuring sound healing and Ayurveda

🌿 Approved Training: Approved by both the IPEA (International Polarity Education Alliance) and APTA (American Polarity Therapy Association).

Course Details:

🗓️ October 3rd – February 6th (6 month program)
