This is a complete practice of 18 flowing movements designed to calm the mind, ground the body, and leave you feeling clear and at ease. It is led by Chris Thomas of Life Force Guidance.

This class is a complete experience designed to deepen your practice. With doors opening at 6:00 PM, this session includes extra time for Q&A, a chance to enjoy the space before the practice begins, take-home worksheets on your practice for the day, and in-depth instruction.

Kristi Stephenson is back at the Flowers & Stars Shop this week for another round of Foot Zone Treatments! 👣✨

If you’ve never experienced a session before, it’s a beautiful way to deeply ground your energy. By directing gentle pressure at specific points on the feet, a foot zone session signals the nervous system to help release blocked tension, bring the body back into a natural state of balance, and leave you feeling completely restored.

Each session lasts about an hour, creating an intentional space to focus on exactly what your body needs to clear, whether that looks like physical relief, emotional processing, or deep energetic rest.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our last QiGong session! We had a full house, and the shared energy in the room was truly special. It was so grounding about moving together in community, and we loved seeing you all drop into the practice so beautifully. 🧘🏽

As we move into the warmth of the summer months, taking a moment to intentionally reset can help us stay grounded and clear. Polarity Therapy is a gentle way to work with your body's life energy, allowing your mind, body, and emotions to find their natural balance.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Mediumship and Meditation with Jackie Duffey! 🧘🏽‍♂️

It was such a beautiful evening in the shop. Jackie led us through an incredibly deep, channeled meditation that truly allowed us to pause, reset, and connect with our own inner light.

Between the grounding practice, the meaningful messages shared during the mediumship demonstration, and Jackie’s wonderful sense of humor that had us all laughing, it was the perfect way to share space together.

We are so grateful for Jackie and everyone who brought their energy to the space. Keep an eye on our bio for upcoming gatherings as Jackie will be back to visit us this coming October. ✨
