Stronger Together for Diabetes

For 36 years, the Diabetes Foundation volunteers, corporations, foundations, and philanthropists have come together to promote access to diabetes care through the Diabetes Foundations' financial, educational and support services.

At our recent Board of Directors meeting, we unveiled our new Ambassador campaign, an opportunity to join the community together to advocate for health equity through free services.
Check out our Ambassador t-shirts featuring a unique QR code on the back, making it easy for others to learn more about the Diabetes Foundation and get involved!

With a one-time donation of $125 or more, you can join our Ambassador campaign and receive one in your mailbox.

The Diabetes Foundation is honored and excited to be part of Congresswoman Nellie Pou’s Healthcare Advisory Council session yesterday!

We applaud Congresswoman Pou for her strong advocacy and continued commitment to initiatives that help create better health outcomes for New Jersey residents.

Bringing healthcare stakeholders together to discuss the gaps in care and solutions is an important opportunity toward breaking down barriers to care and strengthening our healthcare system.

Diabetes is an epidemic, but it raises an important question: How much of the diabetes crisis is driven by a lack of access to the resources people need?

We are proud to be the only local nonprofit in New Jersey providing FREE resources and continuous education to people living with diabetes or at risk of developing diabetes, as well as healthcare professionals and caregivers.

When organizations come together with a shared commitment to improving health, real change is possible. We are excited to be part of this team working together to care for and strengthen the health of New Jerseyans.
