🍂 A Note from Michelle
Welcome to August!
As summer begins to wind down, August is the perfect time to recommit to your health before the busy fall season arrives. Whether your goal is to improve strength, reduce stress, build confidence, or simply feel better in your body, every healthy choice matters.
I’m also excited to continue introducing Stillriver Senior Healthy Living & Disability Services, a new division of Stillriver Whole Wellness dedicated to helping older adults and individuals with disabilities remain active, independent, and connected throughout our communities.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your wellness journey.
