Learning to Stay 🧘🏽‍♂️

In yoga we practice breathing through sensation, soften around resistance, and stay present long enough for energy to move and clarity to arise.

Over time, this begins to shape the way we move through life itself. We become steadier. More grounded in ourselves. More able to meet life with awareness + care.
