I am so blessed and grateful everyday for the phenomenal people in my life: my tribe, my family , all of my sisters and brothers of my heart! So very grateful for this sacred wings community! So much gratitude for the tumultuous journey of this past year. It grew me and healed me in ways that was so deep and so heart expensive! I have nothing but love and gratitude for the whole journey! So much healing of my mind body spirit and heart!

This past weekend, for 3 days, I went on a DEEP journey into my heart, into Sacred land in the desert, into the Mother with 30 other women. It was my deepest journey yet in all ways! I will share more of it soon, as I am still integrating.
•
It is so important it is to connect with other women, to come together in community to heal together. As lightworkers and widsomkeepers,
as we heal it sends out a ripple effect to the world and beyond.
•
I experienced sacred heart medicine for the first time. It took me to the deepest space in my heart. I have been a psilocybin educator (and more) for several years and now will journey to study heart medicine as well (more on that soon).
•
My full experience is still hard to put into words, but couldn’t have been possible without the amazing women I spent it with! Extreme gratitude to those amazing women that are know forever my sisters! •
A huge thank you to Mama Gaia for cradling me so sweetly through this transformation 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Happy Hallow’s Eve! The veil is thin. This is a great time for honoring, ceremony and going deep within.

Halloween, which gets its roots from the pagan festival of Samhain, falls on October 31st, when the veil between the world of the living and the world of the dead is believed to be the thinnest.

Samhain is all about celebrating the cycle of death and rebirth. In the northern hemisphere, the leaves are dying and nature is preparing for the still of winter. Just the same, in the southern hemisphere, the dormant buds are preparing to rebirth themselves and open to the start of summer.

Death and rebirth is an important cycle that is seen in nature constantly, and it’s also something that is mirrored within us.

We are always going through our own process of shedding, releasing, and rebirthing ourselves as we travel along the journey of life.

This is a time to honor the “deaths” that we have all experienced throughout the year. It is a time to make peace with all the things we have needed to let go of and to celebrate the cycle of the new.
In pagan times, Samhain was celebrated from October 31st till November 1st, as it was believed on 1/11 spiritual activity was at its highest.

This was due to the rising of the Pleiades, which would reach their highest point in the sky during this time of year in the Northern Hemisphere.

The Pleiades are said to represent the cycles of death and rebirth, and this coincided with the cycle and rhythms of Mother Nature too.

The veil between the living and the dead is also said to be thinnest due to the Sun’s position in the deep and intuitive sign of Scorpio.

Scorpio energy is all about transformation and honoring the cycles of death and rebirth, but it also rules over the paranormal and our connection to other dimensions and portals.
Another reason that spiritual activity is so high on this night is due to the number code or vibration of the date 111, which we receive when the calendar turns to November 1st.

111 is an angel number of protection, divine intervention, and angelic support. It also indicates that our guardian angels and loved ones passed are nearby and are sending us a message.

Who else is feeling this right now? These last 6 months have been intense in all ways on all levels. What did I do? LEAN IN! Surrender. Accept. Listen to my inner voice. Follow my inner knowing. Face some heavy s**t. Shed some layers. Die some deaths. Choose me. Walk away from situations that didn’t serve me. Fully surrender when I had to lay face down 24hrs a day for weeks at a time. Trust. Breath deep. Cry on the floor. Let me anger rise to the top, embrace it and release it . Not be over kind when it wasn’t warranted.
Be still. Move and dance. Do radical self care. Lean on my tribe! Root deeper into my strength, power and gifts! Alchemize the pain and lessons into be greatest becoming yet!

I love doing fire ceremonies for myself and others to not only release and alchemize what is no longer serving but to call in what we are wanting to manifest. Here’s the tea l fire ceremonies 🔥🔥🔥
