When a health question comes up, it is not always obvious whether you need an in-person visit or whether telehealth may be an option. Primary care is often the best place to start, and telehealth may be one way to receive care when it fits your needs and your provider’s recommendations. Our latest article explains when an in-person visit may be needed, when telehealth may be appropriate, and how virtual visits work at Healthy Connections.

A good career should give you more than a paycheck. It should give you a reason to care about the work you do.

For more than 25 years, Healthy Connections has served communities across Arkansas through Community, Compassion, and Excellence. Every day, our medical, dental, behavioral health, administrative, and support teams help make quality healthcare more accessible to the people and communities we serve. That work matters.

And we believe the people doing it need time for their own lives, too. Most full-time team members work a 4-day workweek, along with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, medical, dental, and life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.

We're hiring now across Arkansas. If you're ready to bring your skills somewhere they can make a difference—and build a career that still leaves room for life—we want to hear from you.
