Ultraviolet (UV) radiation is the leading preventable cause of skin cancer and is also responsible for premature skin aging, including wrinkles, dark spots, and loss of skin elasticity.

✅ Choose a broad-spectrum sunscreen that protects against both UVA and UVB rays.

✅ Use SPF 30 or higher every day, even on cloudy days. Up to 80% of UV rays can pe*****te through clouds.
