This client had a near fatal horseback riding accident, which left her having anxiety about riding and being around horses. This was impacting every aspect of her life, as she runs a horse rescue. It means so much when clients are willing to share their experience with IEMT and hypnosis with me! This client had suffered from night terrors and sleep paralysis for YEARS before working with me. Last I heard, he only has about one night terror per month, when it used to happen several times per week.

When IEMT helped me release the negative memories and limiting beliefs that had defined how I saw myself, it didn't just make me feel better in the moment. It changed what I was willing to do. It changed what felt possible, and how I treated myself.

I booked the photo shoot, I noticed what needed to change, and I hired a coach. I showed up, and I followed through, week after week, for two months.

None of that would have happened if I had still been operating from the old story, the one that said I wasn't worth investing in, that I should wait until I was somehow more deserving, that struggling was just who I was.

IEMT works at the level of identity, and when your identity shifts, your whole life can follow.
