✨ So… this is what we’ve been working on. 🌙

Our summer floats may have come to an end, but we’re not quite ready to say goodbye to gathering under the open sky.

So we’ve been dreaming up what comes next…
Under the Stars. ✨

This weekend we gave our new clear canopy a test run and started bringing the idea to life — cozy blankets, crystal singing bowls, chimes, Reiki, and a beautiful view of the sky above.

And this was just the daytime version. 🌙

We can already imagine it on a crisp fall evening, softly lit and cozy inside, with the night sky visible overhead while sound and Reiki fill the space.

Under the Stars is coming this fall and winter, and we’ll be sharing more as everything comes together.

✨ We’re heading to Pathways! ✨

On October 25th, Root & Rise will be at Pathways alongside the two businesses that brought our collaboration together — Hoofs & Woofs Masseuse and Sunburst Energy Healing. 💛

Three businesses. One shared purpose.

Root & Rise grew from our shared love of creating experiences that bring together sound, Reiki, relaxation and connection.

At Pathways, you’ll have the chance to learn more about Root & Rise and the experiences we offer together, while also discovering the individual work we each do through Hoofs & Woofs Masseuse and Sunburst Energy Healing.

We’re excited to spend the day connecting, sharing what we love, and meeting everyone at Pathways! ✨

✨ And just like that, our summer of floating has come to a close. ✨

What an incredible summer it has been. 💙

We’ve floated under blue skies, watched the sun disappear, listened to the bowls carry across the water, shared Reiki, and watched the lights begin to glow as evening settled in.

Last night, Mother Nature even gave us a little sprinkle of rain. 🌧️✨ But it didn’t stop the magic — if anything, it made our final float feel even more special.

To everyone who joined us for a Float Sound Bath + Reiki this summer — thank you. Thank you for trusting us with your time, allowing yourselves to slow down, and being part of something that became so special to us.

While our floats may be finished for the season, Root & Rise isn’t slowing down.

Our Sacred Reset Sound Bath + Reiki experiences will continue at Light Works, and we have something new coming for the cooler months…

During a sound bath, one person may love the deep vibration of the gong, while someone else connects more with the gentle tones of the crystal bowls or chimes.

There isn’t a “right” sound to respond to.

Different tones, frequencies, and vibrations can catch our attention in different ways—and even your own response may change from one sound bath to the next.

That’s one of the things we love about sound. You never quite know which sound is going to be your sound that day. ✨
