PURCHASE BEFORE THESE PRODUCTS BECOME ILLEGAL AT MIDNIGHT TONIGHT

It’s with a heavy heart that we share that our motion for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) to halt the redefinition of h**p has been denied.

We are deeply disappointed by this decision and by the state’s continued mismanagement of regulations surrounding h**p and cannabis. These policies are putting small, local retailers, manufacturers, and farmers at risk of losing their businesses and livelihoods.

As a result, we’re holding a 25% OFF FLASH SALE on all THC products through 11:59 PM tonight. Once they’re gone, they may be gone for good.

The fight isn’t over.

Across Virginia, h**p businesses and advocates are speaking out about the state’s new THC restrictions and the impact they could have on small businesses, consumers, and the future of the h**p industry.

Today, we had our hearing, and we’re feeling hopeful about the path forward. However, we won’t know the outcome until the judge issues an official order. Until then, we’re staying optimistic, staying informed, and continuing to fight for our community.
