A special message from Prince William County Department of Social Services:

If you’ve ever had to choose between keeping the lights on and putting food on the table, you’re not alone - and there is help.

The Virginia Department of Social Services Percentage Payment Program is designed to support Dominion Energy customers with lower incomes by capping electric bills based on your household income - not your energy usage. That means your monthly payment stays consistent and affordable, even when the weather doesn’t.

Each on-time payment also chips away at past-due balances, helping you move forward without falling behind.

If your household earns less than 150% of the federal poverty level, you may qualify.
