Cheers to 3 months no social media and just learning how to enjoy life.

Taking a break has been a great experience for me to just disconnect.

And to come into loving myself more and more each day. I've spent these last 3 months focusing on the people who really matter to me the most. I have been tattooing for ten years now and realize that I have been such a workaholic that I haven't really been able to focus on myself or give the people I love the attention they deserve.

I originally started doing this so that I can better just myself, but quickly realized the importance of mending friendships, spending time with people that love you as much as you love them! Falling in love with cooking again! Trying to lose weight, trying to spend more time with my crazy ass dog.
Getting quality time with my kids and partner.

Thank you for those of you who still stuck around throughout my social media detox. Excited to get back to tattooing consistently, love you all.

( p.s. I realized how dramatic my post was before I got off social media I am okay) for those of you that were worried.

Hey everyone 🤍

As many of you know, May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Over the past few weeks, I’ve taken some time to reflect and recognize the importance of slowing down and prioritizing personal well-being.

With that in mind, I will be stepping away from social media for a little while and temporarily closing my books. At this time, I will not be accepting any new projects until further notice.

I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you for the continued love, support, trust, and encouragement you’ve shown me throughout my journey. Being able to connect with so many incredible people through my work has meant more to me than words can truly express.

While my books are closed, I encourage you to continue supporting the talented artists at The Painted Fox. We also still have our Pride Event coming up in June, and I’m very much looking forward to seeing and connecting with everyone there. 🏳️‍🌈

Thank you again for your patience, kindness, and understanding during this time. I will share updates as soon as my books reopen.
