I have a background in customer service, where I’ve developed strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others. I take pride in making people feel heard, supported, and valued, and I strive to create positive, reliable experiences in every interaction.
At Marcrom’s, I am committed to providing compassionate, attentive care to patients by listening closely, responding with empathy, and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and respectfully. I understand that every patient’s situation is unique, and I aim to make each person feel comfortable and cared for.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, gardening, and visiting waterfalls, as well as spending meaningful time with my family and my son. I’m excited about the opportunity to grow professionally, contribute to a supportive team, and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
