Hey everyone, just a heads up.

Tony will be taking this upcoming weekend off. This means that there will not be any classes. The 17th, 18th, and 19th. Classes will resume that Tuesday on the 20th.

If you need any workout suggestion while he is away, please reach out to him before Saturday the 17th. He is planning to put you all on a workout plan for those days that he will not be in. However, if you cannot make it to the gym, please let him know and he will send you a workout for home.

Hey everyone, just a heads up that Tony will be taking some time off for a well-deserved vacation this weekend. This means there won't be any classes from the 29th to the 4th. Hey y'all!! On Memorial Day, Monday, May 27th, we will only be having morning classes. The first one will begin at 8:30am and second at 9:30am!

Always remember You are not behind in life, There’s no timetable that we all must follow. It’s made up. 7 billion people can’t do everything in the same order at the same time. What’s early?
