Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is pause, take a breath, and give yourself permission to simply be.

Join us for an immersive journey combining active transformational breathwork, Holy Fire Reiki, and intentional sound to help you release stress, quiet the thinking mind, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

Through a guided 3-part breathing practice, intentional music, and supportive Reiki, you'll be invited to turn inward, soften the noise of everyday life, and create space for whatever needs to move through you.

Every experience is different. You may find yourself releasing emotions, experiencing physical sensations, moving, laughing, crying, or settling into a deep sense of peace. There is no right or wrong way to experience this journey.

As the active practice comes to a close, you'll be guided into a restful savasana accompanied by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, allowing time to integrate, restore, and simply receive.

What to expect:

• Active transformational breathwork
• Holy Fire Reiki, hands-on or hands-off based on your preference
• Immersive music intentionally curated to support your journey
• A restorative crystal bowl sound bath
• Space to release, reconnect, and return to yourself
• No prior experience is necessary. Whether you're new to breathwork or have an established practice, you are welcome exactly as you are. Come with an open mind, release expectations and allow your experience to unfold in its own way.

What to bring:
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing

You spend so much of your time showing up for everything and everyone else. This is your invitation to show up for yourself.
