After 22 years of twice-monthly massages, today I said goodbye to more than just a client—I said goodbye to a friend.

Congratulations to Jeff on his retirement and his move to North Carolina with his wife. Thank you for 22 years of trust, laughs, great conversations, and letting me “help” your golf swing. 😄

Wishing you both a happy, healthy retirement. You’ll be missed more than you know! ❤️

Sometimes our bodies give us little warning signs that we need to slow down, relax, and take better care of ourselves. Here are 5 common signs that it may be time to schedule your next massage:

You’re constantly feeling stressed or overwhelmed-Stress can build up physically in the body, causing tight muscles, headaches, fatigue, and trouble sleeping.

Your muscles feel tight, sore, or stiff-Whether it’s from work, exercise, or daily life, muscle tension can limit movement and cause discomfort.

You’re getting frequent headaches-
Tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back is a common contributor to headaches and migraines.

You’re not sleeping well-Massage therapy promotes relaxation and can help improve sleep quality by calming the nervous system.

You feel mentally or physically exhausted-Sometimes your body simply needs time to reset and recharge. Massage can improve circulation, reduce tension, and leave you feeling refreshed.

Taking care of yourself is not a luxury — it’s part of staying healthy and feeling your best. If your body is showing any of these signs, we’d love to help you relax, recover, and feel better. Schedule your next session with Caring Hands Massage Therapy today!

Have you considered introducing someone to massage therapy but are uncertain if they would seek it out on their own? A couples massage offers an excellent opportunity to share relaxation with anyone you appreciate spending time with. It serves as an ideal introduction for those who may feel hesitant about booking a session independently. Experiencing the treatment together fosters a sense of comfort, ease, and enjoyment.

Here are several compelling reasons to opt for a couples massage:
• A Gentle Introduction – Perfect for first-timers who may feel apprehensive going solo
• Quality Time Together – Unwind and connect in a serene environment
• Girls’ Day Out – A wonderful excuse to indulge in a pampering session with your best friend
• Shared Relaxation – Benefit from the soothing effects of massage side by side
• Less Stress, More Comfort – Having a familiar face nearby can alleviate nerves and enhance the overall experience

Whether it’s with your partner, best friend, daughter, or anyone deserving of a little pampering, a couples massage is a distinctive and memorable way to relax together. Schedule your session today and embrace the joy of relaxation—together.
