No time for a workout? Try “movement snacks” instead. These are short bursts of activity throughout the day that are beneficial for enhanced health, better flexibility and mobility, anxiety relief, boosting energy and focus and more!
▪️Start your day with 20 jumping jacks (or step jacks if jumping causes pain) to get your blood flowing
▪️10 squats before you sit down
▪️Stretch while waiting on photocopies
▪️Test your balance with some single leg exercises while on calls
