How can you help your body stay healthy and build up your natural defenses through the cold and flue season?

Start with simple lifestyle tweaks that feel empowering and doable.
- Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night.

- Do regular gentle exercises, such as a 30-minute walk outdoors most days to boost your circulation and mood.

- Manage your stress through deep breathing or short meditations to calm the "fight or flight" response that otherwise drains your energy.
