Today, we proudly celebrate an incredible accomplishment by our very own Director of Nursing, ✨ Laynise McKinley, BSN, RN ✨ here at AristaCare at Manchester

Please help us congratulate Laynise on graduating and earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree! 🎓💙

Laynise is more than a Director of Nursing — she is the heart behind so much compassion, comfort, and care within our building. Day after day, she leads with kindness, strength, patience, and unconditional love for every resident, patient, family member, and staff member she encounters. No matter how busy the day may be, she always puts her residents first, making sure they feel safe, heard, respected, and cared for.

Her heart of gold never goes unnoticed. The dedication, sacrifices, long hours, and passion she pours into nursing shine brighter than words can express. She continuously inspires those around her to lead with compassion and to care from the heart.

On this Memorial Day, AristaCare Health Services joins the nation in paying tribute to the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage, dedication, and selflessness are the foundation of the freedoms we hold dear.

We are especially honored to care for and work alongside veterans and service members within our own AristaCare family. Your service is felt every single day in the halls of our centers, and we carry it with the deepest pride.
