What a great day at the Londonderry Senior Expo! ❤️

Allison, Admissions Director at Ridgewood Center, and Kierra, Admissions Director at Hackett Hill Center, had a great time representing our POD centers: Hackett Hill, Ridgewood, Harris Hill & Crestwood on Saturday!

It was wonderful connecting with seniors, families, and community partners.

A huge congratulations to Lisa, our raffle basket winner! 🧺🍂❤️ We were so excited to send her home with a basket full of cozy fall goodies and treats!

🇺🇸 Looking Back: Honoring September 11th Through Strength & Resilience 🇺🇸

Earlier this month, our residents came together in therapy to honor and remember September 11th — each participating in their own way. ❤️

Each resident faced their own unique challenges, but they all shared the same determination: to do what they could.

Their participation was a beautiful reminder that strength doesn't always look the same. Sometimes it's taking a step, sometimes it's finding another way to move forward, and sometimes it's simply refusing to give up.

We are incredibly proud of our residents and the perseverance they demonstrated while honoring a day we will never forget. 🇺🇸

We celebrated National Waffle Day at Hackett Hill Center with a delicious waffle bar! We enjoyed warm, golden waffles topped with fresh berries, whipped cream, and syrup. 🍓🫐🍯

🌟 WELLNESS ACHIEVEMENT! 🌟

Please help us celebrate Carmella and her incredible progress! ❤️

Carmella came to Hackett Hill Center needing significant assistance with care and transfers. Through her determination, hard work, and wonderful participation in therapy and her home exercise program, she achieved 14 points more than projected at discharge! 🎉

She returned home needing only supervision for stairs and bathing, far exceeding the goals we initially anticipated for her.

Carmella’s positive attitude, dedication, and willingness to participate in every aspect of her care made such a difference. We are incredibly proud of her accomplishments and so happy to see her heading home! 🏡💪❤️

Congratulations, Carmella! We wish you continued success and wellness at home! 🎉👏
