Most neuromodulator treatments last 3 to 4 months before the muscle activity gradually returns to its previous level. That timeline varies a bit person to person based on metabolism, muscle strength, and how the product was dosed initially.

For most clients, booking your next appointment around the 3-month mark keeps results consistent without letting movement fully return between sessions. This is actually the secret to long-term results looking more natural and lasting longer: staying ahead of the muscle memory instead of starting over each time.

Clients who maintain consistent treatment schedules often find they need slightly less product over time, since the treated muscles gradually relax into a softer pattern of movement.
