Complete this sentence: "The reason I have not been able to let go of this is..." Let the honest answer come before the acceptable one.

✨Go Deeper, 5 to 8 minutes: ✨

What does holding on give you? A sense of continuity with who you were? A connection to someone you loved? A reason not to move forward into the unknown? An identity? A way of honoring something that mattered?

The reason you are holding on is almost always a real one. Naming it does not mean you have to keep holding. But understanding why you hold makes the release more possible.
