Franco's Ultra Fit Challenge is a 10-week TEAM fitness program designed for those looking to improve their overall fitness levels and test and improve on their Personal Best through structured training sessions and weekly fitness challenges. ctor led classes: 3 days of small group training with your trainer and 1 day a specialty class. Participants receive 3 InBody assessments during the first, middle, and last week of this program. Lectures, Workshops, Seminars, and Nutritional Support included. Prizes awarded to individuals (male/female in each age division) and teams.
