Dayton, Ohio, has always been home to me—and it has taught me to keep imagining what’s possible.

Voyage Ohio featured my story on September 10. I shared how my work as The Balance Professor™, my BACE™ approach to movement, my podcast conversations, and my music as IMGN The ARTiST™ grew from the same purpose: helping people find their balance, their voice, and a way to contribute.

I also spoke about my parents, the spirit of invention I grew up with in Dayton, and why I believe creativity and community participation matter at every age.

ANNOUNCiNG THE OFFiCiAL RELEASE OF MY FiRST BOOK
NOW ON AMAZON.

To my father—
for showing me that creativity, movement, and nature
are not escapes from life…
but the way through it.

And to my mother—
for the space that taught me to search,
to feel,
and ultimately to understand love more deeply.

To my family,
and to those still searching—
this is for you.

-IMGN MORE

Many people spend years trying to fit into a world that never truly reflected who they were meant to become.

“The Reflective Self” is not just a poetry book.

It is a journey through identity, struggle, reflection, loss, compassion, movement, healing, and becoming.

Written across decades of life experience, these writings explore what it means to search for truth while remaining human in a rapidly changing world.

If you have ever questioned your purpose…
If you have ever rebuilt yourself after setbacks…
If you still believe humanity needs more compassion, awareness, creativity, and connection…

this book was written for you.

Now available worldwide on Amazon:
