Overnight oats are one of those breakfasts that sound trendy but are actually worth the hype.
They’re packed with fiber, protein (if you add Greek yogurt), and whole grains that help keep you full all morning. Plus, they take about 5 minutes to make and are waiting for you when you wake up.
My favorite formula:
🥣 Rolled oats
🥣 Greek yogurt
🥣 Milk of choice
🥣 Chia seeds
🥣 Fruit
🥣 A sprinkle of cinnamon
Mix, refrigerate overnight, and breakfast is done.
If you’re always rushing out the door or find yourself starving by 10 a.m., overnight oats are an easy place to start.
